Meek Mill has finally sold his Atlanta mansion to Rick Ross after it had been on the market for two years.
The sprawling Sandy Springs/Buckhead mansion boasts eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a jacuzzi, sauna, movie theater, outdoor pool, playground, tennis court, and twin garages. Interestingly, Meek Mill had never lived in the property despite owning it for several years.
The Dream Chasers Records founder initially had a realtor to sell the property, but he lost patience and decided to market it himself. Fortunately, it didn’t take him long to find a buyer after he tweeted about the sale. Meek Mill announced that he sold the house quickly and knew he would because the property had been on sale for two years.
Rick Ross was the lucky buyer of the mansion. Luxury realtor Alisha Gillooly revealed that Ross purchased the property and is now the proud owner of a mortgage-free home. He paid a whopping $4.2 million in cash for the mansion.
Meek Mill and Rick Ross have had a tumultuous relationship, with rumors of a falling out. However, shortly after Meek Mill listed his property on social media, he linked up with Ross in the studio, and the pair has a track coming “very soon.” Meek Mill called it “perfect timing.”
